Advanced Query-By-Form Technology provides users with the
ability to target highly specific voter profiles with a very limited knowledge of how a
database works. All the SQL (Structured Query Language) is automatically generated.
VoterAccess displays lists revealing all possible choices a user can make, enabling any
query to be created without typing a single keystroke.
|
 |
Comprehensive On-line Statistics are displayed while selecting Where Criteria so that informed choices can be made. Precincts/Ward,
Zip Codes, and Cities in the Voter database can be prioritized based on any of the over 30
statistics provided. Totals for any combination of selected areas are instantly displayed. |
 |
Analytical Reports provide even more detailed statistics at the
Precinct/Ward level, showing a rich set of demographic and voter propensity data. The
reports are based on the specific profile you have selected, not just the overall file. |
 |
Any Combination of Demographic Criteria can be selected. Who Criteria include Sex/Marital Status, Age, Party, and Address
Type/Location, Voters/Household, Phone Number, and Ethnic Groups. |
 |
Unparalleled Power for Targeting Specific Voter Histories.
Custom Histories are selected simply by clicking on the desired elections from the
Elections list and then indicating the minimum and maximum of these elections in which a
voter must have voted to quality. In addition all combinations of votes cast from 5 of 5
on down are pre-tested and listed in an easy-to-use multi-select list of 'Propensity
Rankings'. |
 |
Saved Queries Can Be Combined Like Building Blocks. Users can
create any number of profiles based on Who Criteria, Where Criteria & Voter History,
and then quickly combine them as needed. For example, a user could combine a voting
propensity profile with some Where criteria to generate some Walk Lists, and then use the
profile again by adding the requirement that all records have phone numbers to generate
call lists. |
 |
Automatic Duplicate Elimination. VoterAccess automatically
eliminates duplicates between any number of profiles you combine. In addition, VoterAccess
enables you to update the times a record has been used on a household basis, giving you
the option to eliminate duplicate mailings to houses when family members qualify under
different sets of criteria. |
 |
Flexible Record & Report Selection Options enable any
profile to be used with any report with a few clicks of the mouse. Options include
Householding, Nth Record Selection, suppressing or including POSTNET Bar Codes, sort
orders, Previewing and Printing reports, and Exporting records. Exported records may be
combined into householded records complete with a household MailName and greetings by
First or Last Name. This makes it easy for mail houses to create mail merges and
householded labels or envelopes using any program that can read an ASCII Delimited or
dBase file format. |
 |
All the Reports You Need are Built In. In addition to the basic
mailing label reports, VoterAccess provides Call and Walk Lists in a variety of formats,
GOTV (Get Out The Vote) Lists, Mail Merge Letters, and more.
|
 |
Call & Walk Lists may Include Custom Surveys. Up to seven
user-defined questions each with up to five responses may be included in bar coded Call
& Walk Lists, enabling rapid capture of valuable voter feedback. In addition, a Survey
Analysis Report breaks down responses for any profile you create. A relatively small
sample can be used to help define target groups to be included in larger mailings late in
the campaign. |
 |
Householding and Bulk Rate Sorts Cut Costs. Not only can records
be sorted by Carrier Route, they may be house-holded and filtered by Nth record to
generate a specific number of records for printing reports. Householding typically cuts
the number of pieces to be mailed by 30%. Campaigns with their own Bulk Rate permits can
save by having volunteers pick and stick laser labels. Any profile may be
exported to a variety of file formats for use by mailing houses or other applications. |
 |
Bar Code Data Entry Saves Time and Labor. Call and Walk List
responses may be quickly entered using a Bar Code Scanning form.
Once a few simple options have been selected, the user never has to put down the wand
again. Even mistakes may be corrected with a flick of the wand. A Survey Analysis Report
provides a percentage breakdown of all responses associated with any Profile or Tags you
select. |
 |
Running an Absentee Voter Chase Program is a Snap. Automatic Voter ID Matching enables fast capture of time-sensitive
data. This capability provides VoterAccess with unparalleled power to mount a high-quality
Absentee Chase program. In counties where Absentee Ballot Request data is provided on
disk, voter records can be tagged automatically using a simple form. Tagged records can be
quickly selected for same-day chase mailings to these critical voters. All that is needed
is an ASCII Delimited or dBase (*.DB) file with a Voter ID in any field. VoterAccess makes
the rest a snap. |
 |
Comprehensive Contact/Financial Management enables recording a
of wide variety of information about supporters, volunteers, donors, and others. In
addition to Name & Address Data, the Contact Database stores
Personal Data, any number of Affiliations, Issues, Skills and Activities, as well as
Financial Data tracking for Donations received and Payments made.
|
 |
Wide Variety of Contact Reports. Any profile may be selected for
use with a variety of reports, including a full Record Summary, a Phone Book, and
Contribution, Disbursement, Pledge, Event and Casework Summary reports. Labels, Envelopes,
Name Tags and Mail Merge letters may also be generated. All Financial and Event data is
viewed and entered on a single screen, making associating Donations with Accounts, Events,
Solicitors, etc. quick and painless.

Runs on the PC You Already Have. Almost any PC sold today has
enough speed and capacity to run a Congressional campaign with 350,000 voters. Minimum
requirements are a PC with 128MB of RAM running Windows 98/Pro/XP
with free hard disk
capacity at least twice the size of the Voter Database. A Voter Database of 250,000
records would be roughly 200MB in size.
